I hear from so many men and women who have tried all the latest diets and food trends and are killing themselves at the gym
for hours each week yet still aren’t able to shed excess pounds or achieve their optimum health goals. For many women, they beat themselves up over not having enough will power, or they feel
frustrated and their diet and exercise routine just makes them feel more tired, more frustrated, more fatigued and more valuable time is spent away from their family or small business. Holistic
“whole” health and wellness is about balance, and lasting optimum health results. How do we achieve this state of balance? The secret is addressing not just the physical components but the
non-physical aspects as well. Ayurveda teaches us that body, mind and spirit are all connected and must be addressed as such. And in addition it has to be done through a personalized system that is
tailored to each person's unique health goals and needs.

Hi, my name is Janine Hassell and I’m an Ayurvedic Practitioner, Health Coach and Intuitive. I help men and women transform
their health in order to help enhance their lives just like I was able to do 16 years ago. I used to suffer from chronic fatigue, constant headaches, digestive issues, fogginess and was 60 pounds
overweight and pre-diabetic…and all this at only 21 years old.
After holistic nutrition transformed and saved my life, I noticed the incredible
impact it was having in my personal life as well…
But then I unexpectedly came up against some inner challenges that threatened to sabotage my success with my physical
health and discovered that optimal, lasting health took more than just discipline and healthy eating habits. It also took more than the many catchy “new agey” and “self help” concepts that run
rampant in the yoga, and health and wellness community that I admittedly fell victim to myself. So, after years of learning the hard way, I decided to share my knowledge and intuitive abilities with
other people who are driven and determined not to be held back by their physical health struggles or miss out on amazing life experiences with their friends and family.
My unique approach is designed to help you learn how to eat healthier, not
And, more importantly to realize WHY you are making the food choices you are making. Your habits are simply a symptom of
something much larger and more important. If it was just a matter of knowing HOW to eat healthy, then everyone would be doing it. I myself as a health coach know all the right things to do to lose
weight....but yet even I have struggled with dropping excess pounds and feeling lethargic. That's because whatever you are carrying EMOTIONALLY, will manifest as carrying weight PHYSICALLY
Sometimes it really is just a matter of educating yourself on what the right way to eat for
your body is. But yet, there are still so many people that do all the right things and STILL don't feel happy or fulfilled, STILL can't get their health in balance, or can't seem to maintain and find
that they fall back into old habits.
Science has recently proven that our thoughts and emotions are made up of energy just like our physical bodies are. Well,
that energy oftentimes gets stuck and we aren't even consciously aware of it. So if you are ready, and know intuitively that there's much more to your health than just counting calories, I encourage
